Nichol brings a dynamic, hands-on CFO approach built on over 25 years of experience as both a financial leader and business owner.

Nichol spent over a decade as CEO and CFO of a civil engineering firm, giving her firsthand experience managing projects, crews, and the realities of running a business and how important it is to have clear, accurate, real-time financial data.

Nichol brings a calm, strategic approach to financial management - specializing in helping contractors and project-based businesses:

He has led financial operations for multi-entity organizations, managed teams, worked directly with boards and ownership groups, and guided companies through growth, restructuring, and strategic decision-making.

Matt’s expertise includes:
